For Virtual Assistants
From the Philippines, with purpose.

To the professionals who choose to build with us,

Your talent deserves more than a placement. It deserves a promise.

Before we ask you to trust us with your next chapter, we want you to know what you can expect from Soro: honest guidance, thoughtful opportunities, and support that continues after the match.

A Letter From Our Founder

A promise, in writing.

The standard we want every Soro virtual assistant to feel, from the first conversation onward.

To the Dreamer,

Before you decide whether Soro is the right place for your journey, there are a few promises I believe you deserve to hear.

I don’t know your story.

I don’t know what sacrifices you’ve made to get here, what dreams keep you awake at night, or what responsibilities you’re carrying on your shoulders. Maybe you’re hoping to support your family, finish your education, buy your first home, or simply build a life with a little more stability and peace.

Whatever brought you here, I want you to know this:

You are more than a résumé. You are more than a skill set. You are more than the number of hours you can work. You are a person whose future matters.

If we have the privilege of becoming part of your story, these are the promises I hope will define every decision we make.

We will never forget there is a person behind every decision.

Every interview. Every placement. Every conversation. Every policy.

Behind each one is someone trusting us with a piece of their future. You have people who believe in you and depend on you. We will never take that responsibility lightly, and we will never reduce your worth to a number on a spreadsheet or a line in a report.

We will never grow by exploiting people.

This promise matters more to me than any business goal we could ever achieve.

If success ever requires us to compromise our integrity or treat people as disposable, then it isn’t success worth having.

There will always be pressure to move faster, charge more, or squeeze a little more value out of the people doing the work. That is not the company we are building.

We want to help grow your value, not extract it.

If something feels unequivocally unjust or immoral, we’ll walk away from it—because no amount of growth is worth sacrificing the people who helped create it.

We will never stop investing in people.

Your career should not stand still because you joined us.

Our hope is that your confidence grows, your opportunities grow, your skills grow, and ultimately your dreams grow with them.

Whether that means learning something new, taking on greater responsibility, or reaching milestones that once felt impossible, we want to be a company that helps you move forward—not one that simply benefits from where you are today.

We promise to celebrate your victories, not just your productivity.

You are not valuable only because of the work you produce.

We’ll celebrate the promotion you earned. The degree you completed. The home you bought. The family you supported. The dream you finally reached.

Because those victories matter just as much as the work that helped make them possible.

Whether your journey with us lasts one year or ten, my hope is that one day you’ll look back and be able to say this was one of the places that believed in you before you fully believed in yourself.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

If our paths cross, I hope it’s not simply because you’re looking for work.

I hope it’s because you’re looking for people who genuinely care about where that work can take you.

I can’t promise every day will be easy. I can’t promise every opportunity will be perfect.

But I can promise that we will never forget why Soro exists in the first place.

It exists because people matter.

I hope, if you choose to trust us, you’ll always feel that.
